Dear Compatriots,
OCO
is organizing a Cookout Event on July 11 (12:00 noon to 7:00 PM) at 1615 E
Randolph RD, Colesville, MD 20904
It
is time to have fun!
Yes just fun! The Oromo Community Organization (OCO) is organizing a cook-out
event on July 11, 2009 from 12:00 to 6:00 PM. It's a moment when Oromos of
all walks of life will have an entertaining and memorable moment together. This
cookout event consists of three distinct issues:
1. Just have fun and demonstration of Oromo games and cultures,
2. Recognize the outstanding performance of ex-OCO Board members, and,
3. Recognize the fall 2008 and spring 2009 Oromo graduates from different High schools, colleges and universities.
Parents of
Oromo students who graduated this year must come to the park site with their
children and friends and proudly preside on the recognition of academic success
of these young people. It is going to be a memorable moment. As the cook-out is
going to be at a park, please make sure to bring what your family needs to
sit-on or lie on.
Location of the park: RCTR - Pilgrim Hills - Pilgrim Hills Local Park
1615 E Randolph RD, Colesville, MD, 20904 http://www.mc-mncppc.org/parks/park_of_the_day/may/parkday_may27.shtm.
