AFOOSHAA: Afooshaa is one of the social services (program) the Oromo Community Organization (OCO) is organizing. It is designed to be a user-managed self-help scheme.

Through concerted effort, documents necessary to launch Afooshaa program is completed. Upon completion of the basic Afooshaa documents, effort has already been made to educate the general public about the essential parts of the Afooshaa documents via the OCO radio (part-1 and part-2) and flyers.
